Joelle Lurie is delighted to be returning to The Metropolitan Room with hershow, "This Time Tomorrow" after 2 sold out shows this past spring. Thissong by The Kinks will begin a night of songs from the past and presentexploring how dreams shift, expectations change, and that love and living inthe moment is what we all need to remember. Songs will include standardsfrom the Great American Songbook, as well as Sondheim, re-imagined poptunes, and originals.She was most recently seen playing the role of Shawntel/Eve in 'Jerry Springer the Opera' in Boston, her hometown. Please join her with her trio, ledby Music Director Matt Van Brink, for a night of jazz standards with asplash of pop and a pop of sass. Directed by Amy Rogers.
